“১৮ কোটি মানুষের বিজয়ই আমাদের বিজয়” — কক্সবাজারের নির্বাচনী জনসভায় ডা. শফিকুর রহমান
কক্সবাজারে অনুষ্ঠিত এক বিশাল নির্বাচনী জনসভায় জামায়াতে ইসলামীর শীর্ষ নেতা ডা. শফিকুর রহমান বলেছেন,
“আমরা ১৮ কোটি মানুষের বিজয় চাই। ১৮ কোটি মানুষের বিজয় মানেই আমাদের বিজয়।”
তিনি বলেন, এই দেশের সাধারণ মানুষ দীর্ঘদিন ধরে ন্যায়বিচার, নিরাপত্তা ও সম্মানজনক জীবনের প্রত্যাশায় রয়েছে। জনগণের অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠা করাই তাদের রাজনৈতিক সংগ্রামের মূল লক্ষ্য। কোনো ব্যক্তি বা গোষ্ঠীর স্বার্থ নয়, বরং পুরো জাতির কল্যাণই তাদের রাজনীতির কেন্দ্রবিন্দু—এমন মন্তব্য করেন তিনি।
ডা. শফিকুর রহমান আরও বলেন, একটি অবাধ, সুষ্ঠু ও গ্রহণযোগ্য নির্বাচনই পারে জনগণের প্রকৃত মতামত প্রতিফলিত করতে। জনগণ ঐক্যবদ্ধ হলে দেশ একটি ন্যায়ভিত্তিক ও কল্যাণমুখী রাষ্ট্রে পরিণত হবে বলেও তিনি আশাবাদ ব্যক্ত করেন।
জনসভায় দলীয় নেতাকর্মী ও বিপুলসংখ্যক সমর্থকের উপস্থিতি লক্ষ্য করা যায়, যা কক্সবাজার অঞ্চলে রাজনৈতিক উত্তাপ বাড়িয়েছে বলে মনে করছেন সংশ্লিষ্টরা।
“Victory of 180 Million People Is Our Victory” — Dr. Shafiqur Rahman at Cox’s Bazar Election Rally
Addressing a large election rally in Cox’s Bazar, senior Jamaat-e-Islami leader Dr. Shafiqur Rahman stated,
“We want the victory of 180 million people. The victory of the people is our victory.”
He emphasized that ordinary citizens across the country have long been striving for justice, security, and a dignified life. According to him, their political movement is centered on protecting public rights rather than serving individual or group interests.
Dr. Rahman further stressed that only a free, fair, and credible election can truly reflect the will of the people. He expressed optimism that national unity could pave the way for a just and welfare-oriented state.
The rally saw a significant turnout of party leaders, activists, and supporters, indicating rising political momentum in the Cox’s Bazar region.
